AMW Contracting, formally Armored Metal Works, started in August 1999. We began by building large self-storage complexes, and pre-engineered metal buildings with over 500 installed new metal roofs in Northeast Florida. We have a complete sheet metal shop to complement our roofing division. We serve many national customers for their roofing, mechanical Building Services projects. We are on call 24/7 for our customers to ensure that emergencies are covered. Owner, Kenneth Durden, increased the companies customer base by offering honest hard work with fair prices. Integrity is at the core of our business model. A lifelong native of Jacksonville, Ken's roots have grown deep into our community.
